Happy people (not)
Never let it be said that you can have 100% happy customers 100% of the time. Despite things changing in one area of my life somethings just remain the same despite my best efforts to quell fears and calm unbelievers. So it's with great trepidation I bid a tearful farewell to the past but welcome the future with hopeful expectation (except the part where somethings never change)...
